About the role
As a BCBA, you'll be a key leader in our mission to deliver high-quality, individualized care. You'll collaborate with the Clinical Director and:
- Supervise, train, and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Conduct assessments (FBA, curriculum-based, etc.)
- Write and oversee effective treatment plans
- Support families with parent training and consultation
- Collaborate on program development, quality assurance, and growth
- Potential to manage your own small clinic within a school setting
Responsibilities
You'll be responsible for:
- Supervising, training, and mentoring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Conducting assessments (Functional Behavior Assessment, curriculum-based, etc.)
- Writing and overseeing effective treatment plans
- Supporting families with parent training and consultation
- Collaborating on program development, quality assurance, and growth
- Potentially managing your own small clinic within a school setting
Requirements
- BCBA Certification
- Master's Degree
- 3-5 years ABA experience
- Strong clinical decision-making & leadership skills
- Experience with DTT and behavioral assessments
- Team-focused, ethical, and motivated

Pay
$80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year + Bonuses

Full-Time | Rotating Closing Shift (8:15 am-6:00 pm)
