Travel BCBA
ABS Kids is seeking a Travel BCBA for center-based positions in North Carolina and South Carolina.
About the role
You’ll create behavior plans while enjoying a unique opportunity, competitive compensation, and a supportive community. Work with smaller, manageable caseloads (8–10 clients per Behavior Analyst) and receive both administrative and clinical support in a close-knit environment where your input drives positive change.
Locations
- North Carolina: Charlotte, Concord, Gastonia, Greensboro, Huntersville, Kernersville, Mint Hill, Monroe, Winston-Salem
- South Carolina: Columbia, Fort Mill, Greenville, Rock Hill
Pay
Total compensation: $118,500 – $129,500 per year, which includes:
- $100,000 base salary
- Uncapped monthly bonus
- $7,500 – $15,000 signing bonus (based on length-of-stay commitment)
- $5,000 – $7,500 completion bonus (after fulfilling length-of-stay commitment)
- Monthly housing stipend
- Housewarming stipend
- Licensure cost coverage (if needed)

Requirements
- Master’s degree
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as a BCBA
- Passion for helping children with autism and their families
