Travel BCBA
ABS Kids is seeking a Travel Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for center-based positions across North Carolina and South Carolina.
About the Role
Join a supportive, close-knit community where your voice is valued and your input drives positive change. Enjoy smaller, manageable caseloads (8-10 clients per BCBA) with robust administrative and clinical support. Engage in community involvement through sensory-friendly events, Special Olympics teams, run/walk sponsorships, and more.
Pay
Total compensation: $108,500 – $119,500 per year (includes $90,000 base salary plus bonuses). Additional financial incentives include:
- Uncapped monthly bonus
- $7,500 – $15,000 signing bonus, depending on length-of-stay commitment
- $5,000 – $7,500 completion bonus upon fulfilling your commitment
- Monthly housing stipend
- Housewarming stipend
- Reimbursement for licensure costs (if needed)
Schedule
Two length-of-stay commitment options: 6 months or 1 year.

Requirements
- Master’s degree
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a BCBA
- Passion for helping children with autism and their families

- Ability to work transparently and collaboratively in a team environment
