Travel BCBA

ABS Kids is seeking a Travel Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for center-based positions in North Carolina and South Carolina.

About the Role

Join a supportive, close-knit community where your voice is valued and your input drives positive change. Work with smaller, manageable caseloads (8–10 clients per behavior analyst) and receive both administrative and clinical support. Engage in community involvement through sensory-friendly events, Special Olympics teams, run/walk sponsorships, and more.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement behavior plans for children with autism.
• Maintain integrity and high standards of quality in all aspects of your work.
• Collaborate with families and colleagues to create impactful, positive outcomes.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a BCBA.
• Passion for helping children with autism and their families.
• Commitment to transparency, accessibility, and innovation in your practice.

Locations

Opportunities are available in the following cities:

• North Carolina: Charlotte, Concord, Gastonia, Greensboro, Huntersville, Kernersville, Mint Hill, Monroe, Winston-Salem.
• South Carolina: Columbia, Fort Mill, Greenville, Rock Hill.

Pay

Total compensation: $108,500 – $119,500 per year, including:

• $90,000 base salary.
• Uncapped monthly bonus.
• $7,500 – $15,000 signing bonus, depending on length-of-stay commitment.
• $5,000 – $7,500 completion bonus upon fulfilling your commitment.
• Monthly housing stipend.
• Housewarming stipend.
• Coverage of licensure costs (if needed).
