Travel BCBA
ABS Kids is seeking a Travel Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for center-based positions across North Carolina and South Carolina.

As a Travel BCBA, you will develop behavior plans while enjoying a unique opportunity with a competitive compensation package and supportive work environment. Smaller caseloads (8–10 clients per analyst) and both administrative and clinical support ensure you can focus on delivering high-quality care.

Compensation & Benefits
- Total compensation: $118,500–$129,500 per year (includes $100,000 base salary + bonuses)
- Uncapped monthly bonus
- $7,500–$15,000 signing bonus, depending on length-of-stay commitment
- $5,000–$7,500 completion bonus upon fulfilling your commitment

- Two length-of-stay commitment options: 6 months or 1 year

Requirements
- Master’s degree
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a BCBA
- Passion for helping children with autism and their families
