About the role

Join us to help make our members’ travel dreams come true! Based in Boise, Idaho, this role will be key to promoting travel sales and offering an exceptional travel experience to our members.

Responsibilities

• Exhibit exceptional member service while providing advice and recommendations to enhance their travel experience
• Confirm all travel arrangements
• Build rapport with members
• Foster long-lasting travel connections
• Research, reserve, and finalize domestic and international travel arrangements including cruises, tours, resort packages, and activities

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in a customer service or sales environment is preferred (especially in travel)
• Understand the sales process, the importance of customer service, and building and managing relationships
• Proficient with basic computer knowledge, organized, and able to learn new systems
