About the role

Support premium Caribbean and Hawaii trips, cruises, all-inclusive stays, family travel, groups, and romantic vacations with a focus on workflow control. Ensure every handoff clearly shows what is complete, what is pending, and who owns the next step. The role emphasizes accurate workflow documentation to enable seamless travel administrative coordination within premium leisure travel support.

Responsibilities

  • Track and document process issues that repeatedly slow execution to improve workflow efficiency.
  • Organize recurring work by owner and status to maintain clarity and accountability.
  • Check incoming requests for completeness to ensure all necessary information is provided.
  • Route work to the correct next step, ensuring smooth transitions and timely follow-up.
  • Maintain oversight of unresolved exceptions until closure, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Review and refine workflow processes to enhance accuracy, security, and traceability for the team.

Requirements

  • Confident use of Task Management and Service Operations tools in a travel administrative context.
  • Experience with Caribbean Vacation Operations, including managing exceptions, owners, and deadlines.
  • Ability to document status tracking decisions clearly so teammates can follow the reasoning.
  • Sound judgment in documentation, especially when escalation is needed instead of assumption.

Pay

Base salary: $42,000–$62,000 per year.

Schedule

Full-time, 100% remote within the United States.
