Role: Registered Nurse in a Trauma Stepdown unit, providing specialized care for clinically complex trauma patients transitioning from critical care. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor patient status closely.Administer medications accurately and safely.Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care.Ensure optimal recovery and stability of trauma patients through diligent nursing practices. Qualifications & Skills Current license as a Registered Nurse.Experience or interest in trauma, acute, or critical care nursing preferred.Strong assessment, clinical judgment, and medication administration skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
