About the Role
The Registered Nurse (RN) provides direct clinical patient care, including assessing, planning, and implementing care for assigned patients on a shift basis. They supervise staff to ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate care, supporting the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) in maintaining clinical competency and resource management. The RN coordinates patient care according to established standards, safety protocols, risk management, quality improvement, and infection control, aiming for optimal patient outcomes. They are responsible for emergency preparedness, including fulfilling hospital incident command system (HICS) duties and understanding emergency codes. The role involves performing related duties as required to support hospital operations.

Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited nursing school
- Current licensure, certification, or registration as required by law
- CPR certification
