Transportation Supervisor

About the Role

Pate Rehabilitation is seeking an experienced leader to fill the role of Transportation Supervisor. The ideal supervisor will develop and maintain an efficient transportation department to serve the needs of our valued clients.

Responsibilities

• Maintain appropriate vehicle maintenance schedules, including documentation of services and inspections
• Oversee transportation staff to ensure efficient transportation schedules and safe client transport
• Provide applicable training to transportation staff both during onboarding and continually thereafter
• Maintain and monitor safety and cleanliness of all company vehicles
• Maintain open communication among transportation team and all stakeholders
• Contribute to emergency planning in instances of inclement weather
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to assist clients in transfer in/out of vehicles
• Must pass all pre-employment and employment verifications, including driving record investigation
