Requirements

Qualifications

  • Driver’s License and clean driving record
But we also have language skills, math skills, reasoning ability, computer skills, physical demands, work environment. Those could go under Skills? Actually Skills heading is for skills like language, math, reasoning, computer. Physical demands and work environment maybe could be part of Qualifications? But we have separate headings: Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide where to put physical demands and work environment. They are not exactly skills, but they are job requirements. Could be part of Qualifications or Requirements. Since we have Requirements already used for education/experience, we could put physical demands and work environment under Qualifications as well, or maybe under Requirements. But we need to avoid thin sections. Perhaps combine education/experience, certificates, language, math, reasoning, computer, physical demands, work environment into a single "Qualifications" section? But the instruction says we can have multiple sections; we prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could combine all qualification-like info into one "Qualifications" section, and maybe not have a separate "Requirements". However we need to include sections only when posting has real specific content for it. We have content for Requirements (education/experience). We also have content for Qualifications (certificates, language, math, reasoning, computer, physical demands, work environment). Could combine them into one "Qualifications" section to avoid thin sections. But we have both headings allowed; we could choose to use only Qualifications and not Requirements. However the instruction says "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It's examples, not mandatory to use all. So we can omit Requirements if we think its content is thin? But education/experience is substantive. Could be part of Qualifications. So we could have a single Qualifications section that includes education/experience, certificates, language skills, math skills, reasoning ability, computer skills, physical demands, work environment. That would be substantive. Then we have Skills heading maybe redundant. Could omit Skills if we put those under Qualifications. But we have a Skills heading allowed; we could use it for language, math, reasoning, computer skills. But then we would have physical demands and work environment left; maybe they'd go under Qualifications. That would create multiple sections: Qualifications (education/experience, certificates, physical demands, work environment) and Skills (language, math, reasoning, computer). That's two sections, both substantive. Could also combine all into Qualifications and omit Skills. The instruction says "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So better to have fewer sections. So maybe combine all into one Qualifications section. Then we have Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Check if we have content for Benefits: "What CRH Offers You Highly competitive base payComprehensive medical, dental and disability benefits programsGroup retirement savings programHealth and wellness programsAn inclusive culture that values opportunity for growth, development, and internal promotion". That's substantive. Pay: "$30-$36/hr DOE". Also maybe "Company vehicle provided" could be considered part of Pay or Benefits? It's a benefit. But we already have Benefits; we could include company vehicle there. However the instruction says only create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections if posting actually states them. Pay is stated. Schedule is stated (Monday-Friday and some Saturdays, 40+ hrs a week, daily travel required with some overnights). Benefits is stated. Thus we will have: -
