Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
- A minimum of 8 years of experience developing and managing a technical market or business development, along with selling transportation services to DOT’s, or architectural and municipal clients
- Success in business development planning, including developing strategic business plans, marketing activities, client development, presentation experience and proposal development
- Established DOT relationships strongly preferred
- Technical project management experience is desired
- PE license
- Proven leadership experience is highly preferred
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in transportation business development
- Experience in developing and managing technical markets
- Experience in selling transportation services to DOTs or architectural and municipal clients
- Experience in business development planning, including strategic business plans, marketing activities, client development, presentation experience, and proposal development
- Established relationships with transportation agencies
- Technical project management experience
- Professional Engineer (PE) license
- Proven leadership experience
