We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven business development leader for the transportation sector.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience developing and managing a technical market or business development, along with selling transportation services to DOT’s, or architectural and municipal clients
  • Success in business development planning, including developing strategic business plans, marketing activities, client development, presentation experience and proposal development
  • Established DOT relationships strongly preferred
  • Technical project management experience is desired
  • PE license
  • Proven leadership experience is highly preferred

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in transportation business development
  • Experience in developing and managing technical markets
  • Experience in selling transportation services to DOTs or architectural and municipal clients
  • Experience in business development planning, including strategic business plans, marketing activities, client development, presentation experience, and proposal development
  • Established relationships with transportation agencies
  • Technical project management experience
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license
  • Proven leadership experience
