About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven business development leader for the transportation sector at GRAEF. GRAEF has been shaping communities and careers since 1961, and this position offers an opportunity to expand our presence and maintain strong client relationships in the transportation industry. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in civil engineering, at least 8 years of experience developing and managing a technical market or business development, and a successful track record in business development planning, including developing strategic business plans, marketing activities, client development, presentation experience, and proposal development. Preferred qualifications include established DOT relationships, technical project management experience, and a Professional Engineer (PE) license.
