The user wants me to convert this job posting into clean semantic HTML. Let me analyze the content and structure it according to the rules. First, I need to identify the sections: 1. About the role / Position description (the opening paragraph) 2. Essential Duties / Responsibilities 3. Minimum Qualifications (Education, Experience, Substitutions) 4. Licenses and Certifications 5. Competencies 6. Physical Requirements and Working Conditions 7. Conditions of Employment 8. Benefits And Perks 9. Job metadata (Schedule, Employee Status, Job Level, etc.) - but the rules say not to put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings, fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. The metadata at the end (Job Maint/Skilled Craft/Ferry Ops, Schedule Full-time, Employee Status Regular, Job Level Non-Management, Job Posting date, State Job Title/s, Military Occupational Specialty) - some of this could be folded into a short paragraph or dropped. The rules say "do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." So I should include a brief paragraph with key metadata like schedule, status, level, location maybe. Also, the rules: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading. Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. Include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text. Never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. The posting does have Benefits And Perks section with specific list, so include Benefits. It has Schedule (Full-time) and Employee Status (Regular) and Job Level (Non-Management) - but those are metadata. The rules say "never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them." The posting states "Schedule Full-time" and "Employee Status Regular" and "Job Level Non-Management" but those are not detailed sections. I think we can fold them into a short paragraph at the end or beginning. The rules say "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." Also, there is a "Position Information" section that is more marketing fluff. It says "Are you a motivated individual... Apply now and build the future..." This is promotional, but it's part of the posting. Should I include it? The rules say "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." But also "Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions." The Position Information is not boilerplate; it's a description of the role and appeal. However, it's somewhat duplicative of the first paragraph. The first paragraph: "This position leads a crew of transportation maintenance technicians and equipment operators performing skilled transportation maintenance activities..." That's the core description. The Position Information is more marketing. I think we can include it as part of "About the role" or as a separate paragraph. But the rules say "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." So we can have an "About the role" section with the first paragraph and maybe the Position Information combined. Also, there is "Applicant Information" and "Additional Applicant Information for applicants" which are EEO and accommodations boilerplate. Those should be removed. Now, let's structure: - About the role: combine the first paragraph and the Position Information (maybe just the first paragraph is enough, but Position Information adds location: Mason Maintenance Office located in Mason, TX). That's substantive. So include both. - Responsibilities: Essential Duties list. - Requirements: Minimum Qualifications (Education, Experience, Substitutions), Licenses and Certifications. - Competencies: list. - Physical Requirements and Working Conditions: list. - Conditions of Employment: list. - Benefits: Benefits And Perks list. - Maybe a short paragraph for metadata: Schedule Full-time, Employee Status Regular, Job Level Non-Management, Job Posting date, State Job Title/s, Military Occupational Specialty note. But the rules: "never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them." The posting states Benefits And Perks, so Benefits section is okay. Schedule is mentioned as "Schedule Full-time" but not a detailed section. I'll fold schedule into a metadata paragraph. Also, the posting includes "Job Maint/Skilled Craft/Ferry Ops" which is a category. Could be included in metadata. Now, write HTML. I'll start with

    About the role

    then

    for the description. Then

    Responsibilities

    with
    • for each duty. Then

      Requirements

with subsections? The rules say use

      for section headings. Could use

      for Requirements, then maybe

for subsections? But the rules only mention

for section headings. It says "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." So we should use

for each major section. For subsections like Education, Experience, we could use

or just include in the same section with

      and

. I think we can have

        Requirements

        then

        Education: ...

        Experience: ...

        Substitutions: ...

        Licenses and Certifications: ...

but the licenses are separate heading in the posting. The posting has "Licenses and Certifications:" as a separate heading. Should we make it a separate

? The rules say "include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it". The posting has a distinct "Licenses and Certifications" section. So we can make it a separate

        Licenses and Certifications

. Similarly, "Competencies" is a distinct section. "Physical Requirements and Working Conditions" is distinct. "Conditions of Employment" distinct. "Benefits And Perks" distinct. Thus sections: 1. About the role 2. Responsibilities 3. Requirements (Minimum Qualifications) 4. Licenses and Certifications 5. Competencies 6. Physical Requirements and Working Conditions 7. Conditions of Employment 8. Benefits And maybe a final paragraph for metadata. Now, ensure we don't duplicate. The posting has "Minimum Qualifications:" with Education, Experience, Substitutions. Then "Licenses and Certifications:" separate. Then "Competencies:" separate. Then "Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:" separate. Then "Conditions of Employment:" separate. Then "Benefits And Perks:" separate. Also, the posting has "Position Information" which is marketing. I'll include it in About the role. Now, write HTML. Let's craft. Note: The rules say "Output ONLY the HTML fragment — no /, no markdown code fences." So just the HTML tags. I'll write:
