Transportation Coordinator

Government Membership Services supports all of HealthPartners members who are enrolled in Medicare Insurance. Representatives take between 50-70 calls per day (8-10 per hour) from members who have questions regarding their current insurance plan, including coverage, copayments, premium billing, network, premiums, and deductibles.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from insurance members regarding medical insurance, billing, or coverage questions.

Requirements

• 2+ years of healthcare insurance customer service representative (CSR) experience.
• Must live within 1 hour of Bloomington, MN to pick up equipment.

Schedule

• 4 weeks of training: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
• After training: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (start time options: 9:00 AM, 9:15 AM, or 9:30 AM; later start times result in a shorter lunch break).

Pay

$25.82 - $25.82 per hour.
