About the role

Support transportation operations, freight planning, carrier management, dispatch activities, and shipment tracking to support our transportation network moving efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure 100+ carriers’ pickup on time, deliver on time, and meet applicable requirements across 6,000+ weekly shipments in region spend.
  • Drive carrier service performance in the region—on time pickup, on time delivery, and associated updates.
  • Process 300+ emails daily, send 100+ yourself, maintain inbox zero by end of day.
  • Work with Uber Freight to secure delivery appointments and dispatch in a timely manner to meet Primo Brands cost and service objectives.
  • Communicate effectively, orally and in writing, internally and externally; comfortable delivering tough conversations.
  • Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, shift priorities as needed, and maintain strong organization.
  • Interpret raw data in Microsoft Excel, present insights in Microsoft PowerPoint, and confidently discuss findings.
  • Ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding and investigate root causes of issues, even when information is incomplete.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Uber Freight, warehouse teams, planning teams, customer service, and tanker fleets to execute daily operations and ensure compliance (TCEQ).
  • Demonstrate a willingness to learn, ask questions, and lead meetings with stakeholders at various levels.
  • Preferred: Experience in SAP or a TMS platform; prior transportation experience.
  • Open to working overtime, including weekends and after-hours, as needed.
  • Adopt a proactive “just do it” attitude with a drive to support business goals.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred but not required.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and maintain strong organizational skills.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
  • Some travel may be required.
  • Proficiency in English is essential for customer interactions and team collaboration.

Pay

$32.00 per hour

Schedule

8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday; ability to work holidays and weekends as needed.
