Responsibilities
- Cook up transportation planning and shipment activities
- Prepare and manage bills of lading and shipping documentation
- Research shipment issues and provide timely resolution
- Maintain logs, reports, metrics, and audit documentation
- Support UPS coordination and freight-related processes
- Aid in compliance, SOP adherence, and process improvement initiatives
- Communicate with internal teams, vendors, and carriers
- Support inventory, freight claims, and transportation-related investigations
- Provide administrative and clerical support to distribution operations
Qualifications
- A High School Diploma or equivalent is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred
- Have 2+ years of transportation, logistics, administrative, or distribution support experience
- Show strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Display excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Show proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Have experience with SAP or similar ERP systems (preferred)
- Show ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
