Transitional Care Adult & Pediatric Nurse, RN
About the role
BAYADA Home Health Care seeks to fill a SEAL team position in the Twin Cities. This team will assist with bringing home medically complex referrals, training and up coding nurses, and filling shifts for clients in need. SEAL team members will receive a higher rate of pay and enhanced benefits for their flexible scheduling, traveling, and the acute level of care provided.
Responsibilities
- Provide adequate staffing up to 24/7 to meet various situations
- Support the area with the biggest staffing needs
- Fill in staffing gaps for existing clients
- Aid in growing the field team by training new nurses
Requirements
- RN with a current valid nursing license
- Homecare experience
- Commitment to agreed-upon shifts
- Willingness to work in all assigned homes
- Willingness to train to the top of your license
- Willingness to precept onboarding nurses
- Commitment to attend school with clients if applicable

Qualifications
Qualifications for this role include:
- An RN with a current valid nursing license
- Experience in home healthcare
- Ability to work flexible hours and travel as needed
- Willingness to train and mentor new nurses

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Knowledge of home healthcare regulations and standards
