About the role
We are seeking passionate Pediatric Nurses to provide quality care to our medically fragile infants and children at our Children’s Transitional Care Homes. Many of these children have complex needs, requiring compassionate 24/7 nursing support.
Responsibilities
- Provide care on a 3:1 patient-to-nurse ratio
- Conduct evaluations and participate in care team planning
- Support children with complex medical needs
- Engage in daily activities and school programs
Requirements
- RN License in the state of PA; Compact license accepted
- Minimum two (2) years homecare pediatric tracheostomy care and ventilator management experience without Respiratory Therapist experience
- Valid and current driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record (2 years' driving experience required)
- Current Healthcare Provider CPR
- Criminal record and other background checks in accordance with state requirements
