About the role
Tampa Bay Girls Academy - Secure is a group of co-located residential commitment programs serving high-risk and max-risk females' youth aged 12-21. These programs provide services utilizing evidence-based practices to offer comprehensive care, treatment, and supervision. Youth receive psychotherapeutic services, including individual, family, and group counseling.
Responsibilities
- Supervise a caseload of approximately 14-24 clients consisting of DOC clients and ROP Aftercare students.
- Ensure program participation for clients through transportation.
- Document all contacts and submit weekly to the Transitional Services Manager.
- Identify and coordinate contacts in the community for tracking and monitoring progress.
- Coordinate activities with other program staff and identify additional client contacts and employment opportunities.
Requirements
- BA/BS in the field preferred.
- At least one year of experience working with at-risk juveniles and their families or other related experience.
- Must meet eligibility requirements to be an ROP driver.
- Must have a current State Driver's License and an acceptable driving record for the past three (3) years.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of overall company operations and policies and procedures.
- Ability to pass a critical background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test.
