We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually we need to use headings for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Use

for each heading only if there is real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate: company description, AECOM description, etc. Keep substantive info: job description details, responsibilities, qualifications, etc. Also include Pay (range given). Benefits: there is a paragraph about benefits; we can include Benefits section with that content. Schedule: mention hybrid basis (2 or 3 days/week in office). So we can have Schedule section. We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". The Pay range is given, so we can include Pay section with that range. We need to decide sections: About the role (maybe a brief overview), Responsibilities (list of duties), Requirements (minimum qualifications), Qualifications (maybe preferred qualifications?), Skills (maybe list of skills), Benefits, Pay, Schedule. But we must only include sections when posting has real specific content. Let's extract content. From posting: Company Description: we can drop (boilerplate). Offered rate of compensation will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. The range for this position is $135000 to $190000. About AECOM: (boilerplate) can drop. What makes AECOM a great place to work: (boilerplate) can drop. ReqID etc: drop. Thus we have content for: - About the role: maybe the first paragraph describing role (key role, reports to..., hands-on project leadership, etc). Could be considered About the role. - Responsibilities: the list of duties (Serve as..., oversee multidisciplinary teams as they: ...). Could be a list. - Requirements: Minimum Requirements (Bachelor's degree + 8 years, PE license, proficiency, roadway design experience, BRT/LRT design experience, US Citizenship). Could be a list. - Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications (10 years experience, 2 years leadership, 5+ years project management, ability to prepare reports, collaborate, familiarity with standards, interpret standards, good relationships, excellent communication, experience leading business development). Could be a list. - Skills: maybe combine some of the abilities? But we already have qualifications. Could treat Skills as separate list of abilities like "Ability to prepare engineering design reports...", "Ability to collaborate...", etc. But those are already in Preferred Qualifications. Might be redundant. The instruction: prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could combine Requirements and Qualifications into one "Requirements" section that includes both minimum and preferred? But they ask to use headings like Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We could have Requirements (minimum), Qualifications (preferred), Skills (maybe list of specific skills like AutoCAD/Civil 3D, etc). However we already have those in Requirements. Might be okay to have Requirements (minimum) and Qualifications (preferred) and Skills (maybe list of technical skills). But we need to avoid thin sections. Let's see if we have enough content for each. Minimum Requirements list: Bachelor's degree in Engineering + 8 Years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education; Professional Engineering license; Proficient with AutoCAD/Civil 3D or Microstation/Power InRoads or Power GeoPak or OpenRoads Designer (ORD); Roadway design experience; Bus Rapid Transit and/or Light Rail Transit (LRT) design experience; US Citizenship required. That's a decent list. Preferred Qualifications list: 10 Years of Relevant Experience in transportation design; 2 years in a similar leadership role is helpful; 5+ years in engineering project management roles; Ability to prepare engineering design reports and construction drawings for highway, roadway, transit, and/or rail.; Ability to collaborate and coordinate with design teams consisting of multi-discipline design engineers and technicians; Familiarity with local design standards as well as national BRT/LRT standards and best practices; Ability to interpret and utilize appropriate design standards; Good relationships with multiple transportation agency clients; Excellent communication and writing skills; Experience in leading business development efforts. That's also a decent list. Skills: maybe we could list specific technical skills: AutoCAD/Civil 3D, Microstation/Power InRoads, Power GeoPak, OpenRoads Designer (ORD); roadway design; BRT/LRT design; preparing engineering design reports; construction drawings; cost estimates; technical specifications; QC review; budget/schedule input; mentorship; etc. But many of those are already in responsibilities. Could create Skills section summarizing technical and soft skills. But we risk duplication. However instruction: Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Duplication is okay as long as we preserve info. But we should avoid unnecessary repetition? Not explicitly forbidden. But better to avoid duplication to keep concise. We could structure as:

    Schedule

Hybrid work model: 2 or 3 days per week in office (East Coast offices).

We need to ensure we don't include headings with empty content. All have content. Now we need to extract the exact prose for About the role: The first paragraph(s) before responsibilities: "The AECOM Transit Design Manager (BRT) is a key role which reports to the US Mid-Atlantic Region Transportation Business Line. This is a hands-on project leadership role for someone who loves making cities more commutable by managing the design of transit - BRT! That is about the role. We'll put that in

. Responsibilities: The list after "The successful candidate may be asked to:" and then the bullet list of oversee multidisciplinary teams as they: ... We need to capture each duty as list items. Let's extract: - Serve as an AECOM team lead, project manager and/or discipline lead on planning studies, preliminary design studies, and final design of Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) projects, and will coordinate, cooperate, and work collaboratively with other team members as well as support business development. - Prepare engineering related calculations and develop drawings and visual aids for BRT infrastructure. - Prepare and/or review multimodal street design - Participate in interdisciplinary review of project deliverables. - Develop construction cost estimates and estimates of technical efforts for projects. - Use expertise in all steps of completing discipline component of PS&E package. - Prepare technical specification sections. - Perform quality control review of design calculations or drawings. - Provides input to the development of engineering budget and schedule to meet requirements. - Coordinate tasks and provides leadership and mentorship to entry-level engineers. - Perform work in accordance with the agreed-upon budget and schedule with little supervision. - Work independently and with other team members to complete all the tasks necessary to complete primary design elements for engineering works. Note some items have missing punctuation; we keep as is. Now Requirements (minimum): list: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering + 8 Years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education - Professional Engineering license - Proficient with AutoCAD/Civil 3D or Microstation/Power InRoads or Power GeoPak or OpenRoads Designer (ORD) - Roadway design experience - Bus Rapid Transit and/or Light Rail Transit (LRT) design experience - US Citizenship is required Now Preferred Qualifications: list: - 10 Years of Relevant Experience in transportation design - 2 years in a similar leadership role is helpful - 5+ years in engineering project management roles - Ability to prepare engineering design reports and construction drawings for highway, roadway, transit, and/or rail. - Ability to collaborate and coordinate with design teams consisting of multi-discipline design engineers and technicians - Familiarity with local design standards as well as national BRT/LRT standards and best practices - Ability to interpret and utilize appropriate design standards - Good relationships with multiple transportation agency clients - Excellent communication and writing skills - Experience in leading business development efforts Now Benefits: The paragraph after
