Transformation Programs Advisor

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Transformation Programs Advisor to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track. The position offers the opportunity to bring clarity to complex work and deliver outcomes that matter across the organization within a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop quantitative financial models and business cases for security modernization
• Evaluate operational costs and risk exposure to prioritize investments
• Create strategic roadmaps for enterprise security transformations
• Engage during early-stage customer discussions to align solutions with business goals
• Facilitate workshops with C-suite stakeholders on identity modernization benefits
• Guide clients on Zero Trust and cloud-first security principles
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to match customer needs with organizational strategy

Qualifications

• 5+ years in value engineering or related fields
• Solid grasp of IT infrastructure and cybersecurity principles
• Proficient in financial modeling and ROI/TCO analysis
• Exceptional presentation and executive communication skills
• Ability to influence C-level decision-makers

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $213,440 – $293,480 annually
