About the Role
Assist leadership in the development and execution of transformation strategy, driving large-scale change initiatives aligned with RBC's business objectives and operational vision.
Responsibilities
- Create comprehensive transformation roadmaps and strategic plans.
- Facilitate executive-level collaboration, build consensus across business units, and ensure alignment throughout transformation journeys.
- Implement governance structures, change management protocols, and organizational frameworks to support transformation.
- Spearhead large-scale change programs, managing transitions, stakeholder adoption, and organizational culture transformation.
- Manage integrated plans, critical paths, and milestones for transformation initiatives; proactively mitigate program-level risks and ensure compliance with governance frameworks.
- Develop presentations and reports for executive forums.
- Develop transformation strategies and business cases for enterprise-wide initiatives.
- Investigate and analyze business situations, perform gap analysis between current and future states, and recommend high-value solution options.
- Leverage advanced data analytics and market intelligence to inform strategic planning and transformation decisions.
- Guide strategic investments in technology and process improvements, establishing priority and portfolio objectives.
- Design future-state operating models in partnership with business partners to enhance efficiency, service delivery, and competitive positioning.
Requirements
- 5+ years in program management, transformation, or strategic consulting within financial services.
- Strategic thinking and long-term planning capabilities.
- Ability to articulate a compelling organizational vision and transformation narrative.
- Enterprise-wide perspective and systems thinking.
- Business acumen and understanding of the competitive landscape.
- Executive presence and credibility with C-suite stakeholders.
- Ability to build consensus and align diverse stakeholders around transformation goals.
- Influencing without authority across business units and departments.

Pay
The expected salary range for this position in Minneapolis is $90,000 - $150,000, depending on factors including experience, skills, registration status, market conditions, and business needs.
