Profisee is uniquely positioned at the intersection of MDM and AI, and we are looking for someone who can help our CUSTOMERS capitalize on the full potential of their Profisee Multi-Domain MDM investment.

Profisee Multi-Domain MDM Business Transformation Advisor

The MDM Business Transformation Advisor is a revenue overlay role laser-focused on account expansion and helping existing customers assess their current state maturity, co-develop a comprehensive MDM and AI roadmap, and unlock opportunities across additional business units, domains, and use cases. AI is a meaningful and growing dimension of that roadmap, but it is one component of a broader data transformation story. The goal is to expand how deeply and broadly customers rely on Profisee’s Multi-Domain platform.

Performance Objectives

  • Drive growth by identifying and converting expansion opportunities within the existing customer base by helping customers realize the full potential of Profisee’s Multi-Domain capabilities across additional domains, business units, and use cases.
  • Co-develop MDM and AI roadmaps with customers, quantifying the benefit of going deeper and broader with Profisee, and partnering with AEs and CSM’s to create robust Multi-Domain expansion plans in existing accounts.
  • Build a thorough understanding of Profisee’s platform capabilities, the expansion landscape across your assigned accounts, and the frameworks you will use to identify and pursue growth opportunities.
  • Lead structured current-state assessments covering existing Profisee usage, untapped domains and business units, data challenges, strategic initiatives, and AI ambitions.
  • Map where Profisee is today and identify the full art of the possible. Quantify the ROI of trusted data: Co-develop account-specific MDM and AI roadmaps that articulate where the customer is today, where they should go, and why getting there with Profisee is the right path forward. Build financial models that quantify expansion ROI across domains with operational efficiency, data quality improvement, AI readiness, and regulatory confidence.
  • Present expansion roadmaps and business cases to VP-level and above stakeholders (CDOs, CFOs, CIOs, business unit leaders) in partnership with AEs, positioning Multi-Domain MDM — with AI readiness as one compelling dimension of that story.
  • Templatize and scale: Turn your early roadmaps into reusable templates by vertical (Healthcare, BFSI, Manufacturing, Retail, etc.) and expansion motion (single-domain to multi-domain, single business unit to enterprise-wide, Gen AI readiness, data fabric enablement, regulatory compliance, M&A data consolidation).
  • Show measurable influenced pipeline and bookings on accounts where you are engaged.
  • Publish at least two vertical-specific expansion playbooks covering MDM and AI roadmap frameworks, AE-ready talk tracks, current-state assessment guides, financial model templates, and executive presentation decks.
  • Establish a regular cadence with Product Marketing and the CRO to feed expansion intelligence back into the business by determining the themes that resonate most, which use cases drive the most urgency, and what MDM and AI use cases are emerging across verticals.
