Key Responsibilities

  • Review, draft, negotiate, and redline commercial technology agreements.
  • Evaluate AI-generated contract reviews and provide legal feedback.
  • Perform simulated contract negotiations and identify contractual risks.
  • Create objective evaluation criteria for AI contract review performance.
  • Collaborate with legal, product, and research teams to improve AI-driven legal solutions.
  • Auxiliary in developing best practices for AI-powered contract analysis.
  • Provide insights on contract language, risk allocation, and negotiation strategies.

Required Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school.
  • Active Bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
  • Minimum 3 years of in-house counsel experience focused on technology transactions.
  • Strong experience drafting and negotiating:
    • Master Service Agreements (MSAs)
    • Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)
    • Data Processing Agreements (DPAs)
    • Commercial technology agreements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with legal technology or Artificial Intelligence.
  • Background in corporate law firms handling technology transactions, M&A, or commercial contracts.
  • Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platforms.
  • Interest in legal innovation and AI-assisted legal workflows.
