Key Responsibilities
- Review, draft, negotiate, and redline commercial technology agreements.
- Evaluate AI-generated contract reviews and provide legal feedback.
- Perform simulated contract negotiations and identify contractual risks.
- Create objective evaluation criteria for AI contract review performance.
- Collaborate with legal, product, and research teams to improve AI-driven legal solutions.
- Auxiliary in developing best practices for AI-powered contract analysis.
- Provide insights on contract language, risk allocation, and negotiation strategies.
Required Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school.
- Active Bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
- Minimum 3 years of in-house counsel experience focused on technology transactions.
- Strong experience drafting and negotiating:
- Master Service Agreements (MSAs)
- Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)
- Data Processing Agreements (DPAs)
- Commercial technology agreements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with legal technology or Artificial Intelligence.
- Background in corporate law firms handling technology transactions, M&A, or commercial contracts.
- Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platforms.
- Interest in legal innovation and AI-assisted legal workflows.
