About the role

The role focuses on sophisticated technology and intellectual property transactions, advising emerging companies and established enterprises on complex commercial arrangements involving software, cloud services, intellectual property licensing, technology transfers, distribution agreements, and artificial intelligence-related deployments and counseling.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with clients on cutting-edge technology matters while providing commercially focused and pragmatic legal advice.
• Draft and negotiate complex licensing and commercial agreements, including software licensing, SaaS arrangements, cloud hosting, content licensing, strategic partnerships, technology development, and AI-related transactions.
• Provide guidance on transactional privacy, regulatory compliance, and the evolving legal framework surrounding artificial intelligence systems.

Requirements

• Three to five years of experience in technology transactions, with significant exposure to drafting and negotiating complex licensing and commercial agreements.
• Significant experience advising on software licensing, SaaS arrangements, cloud hosting, content licensing, strategic partnerships, technology development, and AI-related transactions.
• Advantageous exposure to transactional privacy, regulatory compliance, and the evolving legal framework surrounding artificial intelligence systems.
