Technology Transactions Lawyer
About the role
Axiom is seeking Technology Transactions Attorneys to work with top Tech clients on a remote or onsite basis. This role involves advising corporate clients on a wide variety of technology transactions and providing entrepreneurial, pragmatic, business-oriented advice related to technology agreements.
Responsibilities
- Advise corporate clients directly on technology transactions, including SaaS, licensing, hardware, and other technology agreements.
- Handle complex technology transactions autonomously in a fast-moving environment.
- Maintain strong, collaborative relationships with internal business partners and stakeholders across client teams on complex deals for large tech companies operating globally.
Requirements
- 3+ years of significant technology transaction experience, preferably in an in-house environment.
- Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating technology contracts with strong issue-spotting skills and attention to detail.
- Previous experience working in-house for a technology company or with a tech industry client.
- Active bar membership in good standing in the state of current residence.
Pay
The estimated total compensation for full-time Axiom attorney roles is $104,500–325,000 per year. Compensation decisions are based on experience, skills, certifications, location, and business needs.
