Transactional Attorney

About the role

This highly regarded boutique Lake Oswego firm is growing their business practice. They're seeking an experienced and business-minded Transactional Attorney capable of advising high-net-worth clients on complex transactional matters. You'll work directly with clients as you provide them with strategic advice on a range of business matters including entity formation, restructuring, and expansion. Additionally, you'll draft transactional documents, negotiate on behalf of clients, and facilitate complex transactions.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic advice on a range of business matters including entity formation, restructuring, and expansion.
• Draft transactional documents.

• Work independently and maintain strong client relationships.

Requirements

• 5-10+ years of experience.
• Membership in the Oregon State Bar.
• J.D. degree or entrepreneurial experience preferred.

$100K-$150K DOE

Schedule

Hybrid schedule with three or four in-office days each week.
