Transactional Accounting Specialists

Our client, a telecommunications company in St. Louis, MO, is seeking a Transactional Accounting Specialist for a six-month contract-to-hire position. This role requires onsite daily attendance.

Responsibilities

• Process new vendor registrations and vendor change registrations via multiple sources
• Execute a high volume of vendor registrations
• Handle email correspondence, responding to internal and external customer and vendor inquiries in a timely and professional manner

Requirements

• 4+ years of AP/AR experience or similar
• Understanding of SOX and other regulatory requirements
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite

Pay

The expected hourly rate range for this role is $15–$26 per hour. The posted range is an estimate; actual compensation will be based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and qualifications, and will align with internal equity.
