Transaction Manager
Job Summary
The Transaction Manager is responsible for managing and coordinating all phases of commercial real estate transactions, including procurement, negotiations, and contract execution. This role ensures transactions are completed efficiently, accurately, and in alignment with the organization's financial, operational, and strategic objectives. The Transaction Manager serves as a key point of coordination across internal stakeholders and external partners to drive successful deal execution from initiation through closing.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of commercial real estate transactions, including procurement, negotiation, documentation, and contract execution.
- Cook up transactions from initiation through closing, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and alignment with client and company objectives.
- Maintain and track active deal pipelines, key milestones, and critical deadlines to ensure timely execution.
- Partner with internal and external teams to structure and execute lease and transaction agreements.
- Review and support execution of lease and transaction documents to ensure accuracy and alignment with negotiated terms.
- Prepare transaction summaries, updates, and reporting for internal leadership and stakeholders.
- Serve as a central point of coordination between internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth transaction execution.
- Maintain accurate transaction records and support continuous process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in the commercial real estate industry.
- Experience with commercial leasing is required.
- Active Texas Real Estate License required.
- Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end real estate transactions, including negotiation, documentation, and contract execution.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe products.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple active transactions and deadlines simultaneously.
- High level of attention to detail with strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
