About the role
The Transaction Manager will lead and support a team of Sales Executives across new and used vehicle sales, driving performance through PCP renewals, finance packages, and F&I products.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support a team of Sales Executives across new and used vehicle sales
- Drive performance through PCP renewals, finance packages, and F&I products
- Ensure all sales targets and profitability objectives are achieved
- Maintain a strong focus on new car targets as a priority
- Control and optimise the finance and insurance sales process
- Oversee sales campaigns and promotions to maximise results
- Ensure exceptional levels of customer satisfaction at all times
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Transaction Manager, Business Manager, Sales Controller, or similar role
- Strong background in both new and used car sales
- Proven ability to maximise sales through finance and insurance products
- Hands-on approach, actively involved in deal negotiations
- Strong leadership, coaching, and performance management skills
- Excellent organisational, motivational, and team-building abilities
- Customer-focused mindset with a clear understanding of long-term business success
