Training Support Admin

About the role

This position is an important element of Admiral's Training to include DCJS certification, supervisory training and all related aspects of security officer support for all assigned regions. This position oversees Training and related compliance and admin support for the MAS Division Blue Ridge Regions, conducts quality assurance checks of customer locations as directed by the Director of Operations, this position replaces the Blue Ridge Admin position and is not an added budgetary position. This position may require travel and delivery training, assist in investigation and quality to the Blue Ridge areas from SW VA to WV.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Training and related compliance and admin support for the MAS Division Blue Ridge Regions
• Conduct quality assurance checks of customer locations as directed by the Director of Operations
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with Admiral and client policies, procedures, and standards
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and laws
• Perform inspections primarily after normal business hours (nights and weekends) at the discretion of the Division Manager, Support Services and the Vice President of Support Services
• Properly document inspections and prepare summary reports weekly
• Conduct full‑scale site audits for accounts or portfolios as deemed necessary by the Division Manager, Support Services and/or the Vice President of Support Services
• Audits include a thorough review of training requirements, post orders, employee morale, licensing requirements, time and attendance records, contractual compliance, contractual deliverables, and other items as directed
• Develop and submit DCJS Training schedules/rosters to DCJS in a timely manner
