About the Role
TerraPower is seeking to hire highly motivated and forward-thinking professionals who are interested in focusing on advanced nuclear reactor research and development and influencing change within the nuclear power landscape and bringing forward the critical production of medical isotopes.
Responsibilities
- Manage the Training Jira Service Desk by assigning and resolving service request tickets, by troubleshooting user issues and performing basic LMS administration activities, such as verifying user data, assigning training, granting course credit, and adjusting due dates.
- Perform complex LMS administration activities, including creating and revising courses and curricula in the LMS, managing instructor roles, and uploading SCORM and other online content.
- Test and troubleshoot LMS content and functionality and perform periodic data checks.
- Process and maintain training documents and records in accordance with company procedures.
- Maintain department websites (e.g. SharePoint) and Confluence knowledge base articles.
- Maintain a positive work atmosphere by behaving and communicating in a manner that fosters good relations with customers, suppliers, co-workers, and management.
- Perform other administrative duties, as assigned.
Key Qualifications and Skills
- Associates degree or higher required.
- Minimum two (2) years of LMS administrator experience required.
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System preferred.
- Experience with Atlassian products (e.g. Jira and Confluence) preferred.
- Experience within a regulated industry preferred.
- Intermediate-to-high proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to work in a challenging/dynamic hybrid team environment while demonstrating organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Strong oral and written technical communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with little oversight or supervision.
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills and professional demeanor when interacting with a wide variety of stakeholders.
- Excellent attention to detail in writing and data entry.
- Possess a high degree of trust and integrity, communicate openly, and display respect and a desire to foster teamwork.
Pay
Salary Range: $97,518 - $126,647
