Responsibilities

  • Planning, developing, and conducting technical and professional training programs aligned with IPSS objectives.
  • Designing course materials, lesson plans, and delivering instruction using various methods like classroom training, on-the-job instruction, multimedia learning, simulators, and distance learning platforms.
  • Identifying skill gaps and training priorities through needs assessments and enhancing workforce proficiency, safety, and compliance with regulatory and technical standards.
  • Creating engaging, effective learning experiences using modern technologies and methodologies, coordinating with supervisors, subject matter experts, and program managers.
  • Evaluating training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, and revising materials as necessary to improve outcomes.
  • Supporting quality assurance by maintaining accurate documentation, adhering to established standards, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Integrating new technologies, tools, and processes into training programs to support modernization and efficiency goals.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 7 years of professional experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or technical training.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles, training evaluation techniques, and performance improvement strategies.
  • Experience developing technical training materials for maintenance, logistics, or technology-based environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, supervisors, and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with computer-aided instructional technologies and multimedia tools.
  • Adaptability to evolving mission requirements and emerging technologies within the product lifecycle.

Qualifications

  • A minimum Secret security clearance or higher is required to be considered for this position.
