Training Specialist 2

About the role

A Bachelor's degree in corrections, criminal justice, or related field is preferred but not required. Previous experience in law enforcement, corrections, or related fields is highly preferred. Previous experience in creating training content is also highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver training content for correctional facilities.
• Develop training curriculum and points of instruction.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external professionals.
• Maintain above-average proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Communicate effectively and consistently meet performance deadlines.
