Training Specialist

Job Responsibilities

• Create and curate training content for the Sales department.
• Audit classes and provide recommendations for updating content.
• Administer assessments to gauge enduring understanding of content.
• Collaborate with the e-Learning team to administer quizzes for sales training.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field required.
• Master's degree in relevant field preferred.
• Prior experience: 3-5 years Sales experience, knowledge of 4D, and pro audio background.
• Preferred to relocate to Sweetwater’s state-of-the-art campus in Fort Wayne, IN.
