Training Specialist

Essential Responsibilities

• Communicate with civilian, contractor, and military personnel to inform and ensure they complete required certifications.
• Communicate with division chiefs and CORs/COR-Ts to ensure they provide determinations and updates for contractor personnel.
• Enter certification related information into database for tracking and status.
• Develop program guidelines, processes and procedures for the team.
• Provide metrics and manage CWIP program goals for the division.

Minimum Education

• Bachelor’s Degree and 5 years’ experience in a related professional field OR
• A master’s degree and 3 years’ experience.

• The following years’ experience may be substituted with the following different education credentials:
• 9 years related experience with a High School/GED
• An associate degree

Security Clearance Required

• TS/SCI w/Poly

Other Responsibilities

• Safety - As appropriate, each employee is responsible for completing all training requirements and fulfilling all self-aid/buddy aid responsibilities, participating in emergency response tasks and serving on safety committees and teams.
• Quality - Each employee must conform to the Amentum Quality Policy and carry out job activities in compliance with applicable Amentum Quality System documents and customer contracts.
• Procedure Compliance - Each employee must read, understand and implement the general and specific operational, safety, quality and environmental requirements of all plans, procedures and policies pertaining to his/her job.

Compensation Details

$110,000 - $118,000
