Responsibilities
- Provide software and configuration support for implementing and maintaining operation of LMR
- Prepare instructor materials, including course outlines, background materials, presentations, facilitator guides, and training aids
- Prepare student materials, including course manuals, workbooks, handouts, completion certificates, course critique forms, and other supporting materials
- Create and support the development of training videos and other electronic training products
- Ensure all training materials are maintained in electronic format and are accurate, organized, and ready for delivery
- Conduct live training sessions, including formal classroom courses, workshops, seminars, and online training events
- Train personnel on assigned topics related to contracting, contract writing systems, WSS, business processes, or other client-directed subject areas
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of training events
- Review participant feedback, course critique forms, and stakeholder input to improve future training materials and delivery
- Cook up with technical writers, subject matter experts, government personnel, and program leadership to ensure training content is accurate, current, and aligned with mission requirements
- Participate in other training support, documentation, or program activities as assigned
Requirements
- Experience developing or revising training courses, lesson plans, course outlines, instructional materials, or training catalogs
- Experience delivering live training, workshops, seminars, classroom instruction, or virtual training
- Experience creating instructor and student training materials, including manuals, workbooks, handouts, certificates, critique forms, and training aids
- Experience creating or supporting training videos, electronic training materials, or online learning content
- Knowledge of government contracting processes, contract administration, procurement support, or acquisition-related training
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to translate technical or process-based information into clear, usable training content
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
- Ability to work effectively with technical writers, subject matter experts, program managers, and client stakeholders
- Ability to support in-person training in the Mechanicsburg, PA area as required
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
- Experience with contract writing systems
- Experience with WSS
- Prior experience supporting federal government training programs
- Experience developing training for contracting, acquisition, procurement, financial management, or administrative systems
- Familiarity with adult learning principles, instructional design, or curriculum development
- Experience using SharePoint, Teams, or other collaboration platforms to manage training content and support virtual delivery
- Experience collecting and analyzing course feedback to improve training materials and delivery
- Strong presentation, facilitation, and classroom management skills
- Proven success in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
