Training Specialist

About the role

Nightwing provides technically advanced full-spectrum cyber, data operations, systems integration, and intelligence mission support services. Our capabilities include cyber space operations, cyber defense and resiliency, vulnerability research, ubiquitous technical surveillance, data intelligence, lifecycle mission enablement, and software modernization. The Senior Training Specialist designs and delivers comprehensive training programs for the unified AMS/FIPE solution, developing training materials, conducting training sessions, and ensuring operators and administrators can effectively utilize system capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive training curricula and materials
• Conduct training sessions at various locations (NCR, San Antonio, Ft. Eisenhower, Hawaii)
• Create hands-on exercises and practical demonstrations
• Develop training videos and interactive tutorials
• Assess training effectiveness and adjust content accordingly
• Coordinate with SMEs to ensure technical accuracy
• Support user onboarding and transition activities
• Maintain training materials in current state with software updates
• Develop training assessment and certification processes
• Support development of in-program tutorials

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of technical training experience
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field (or equivalent)
• Experience developing training for complex software systems
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design
• Experience with e-learning development tools
• Ability to translate technical concepts for various audiences
• Experience training in classified environments
• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph
• Must be U.S. citizen

Location: National Capital Region (NCR) or San Antonio, TX

Pay

Salary range: $99,000–$206,000, commensurate with qualifications, years of relevant experience, and demonstrated level of expertise.
