JPS Composite Materials (JPS) is a manufacturer of high-performance fabrics servicing the aerospace, military, commercial, and industrial markets. The company’s materials are found in composite matrix applications including commercial aircraft interiors, radomes for commercial and military aircraft, ballistic applications for military vests and vehicles, and electronic applications such as automobile sensors and telecommunication antenna. JPS has over 60 years of experience in its markets and is the primary supplier of these products in North America. The corporate headquarters are in Anderson, SC, with manufacturing facilities in North and South Carolina.

Responsibilities

• Create, update, and standardize training materials, manuals, SOP-based modules, and instructional resources.
• Develop and roll out training and development videos.
• Develop and conduct soft skills and leadership programs (supervisory training, communication, performance management, team leadership).
• Build training folders for new hires and associates awarded a new position.
• Assist with orientation for new hires, completing JSHAs, JQAs, and JSOs.
• Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly training reports to leadership.
• Provide feedback and support to Training Supervisors.
• Support audits and inspections related to training records.
