Position Overview The Training Specialist develops training courses and instructional materials and conducts formal training for personnel in classroom and instructional environments. Responsibilities Develops and revises these courses and prepares appropriate training catalogs.Prepares instructor materials (course outline, background material, and training aids).Prepares student materials (course manuals, workbooks, handouts, completion certificates, and course critique forms).Trains personnel by conducting formal classroom courses, workshops and seminars.May provide training on Internet Protocol version 6 (IPv6). Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with a minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience. Certifications IAT-2 certification required.
