About the Role

Acclaim Technical Services (ATS) is seeking a Training Specialist with a TS/SCI clearance and polygraph to support a program in Chantilly, VA. The specialist will be responsible for training and enhancing the competencies of employees by planning and implementing engaging training programs and workshops.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate employees and identify weaknesses.
• Identify training needs based on assessments.
• Research, plan, and implement training programs that prepare employees for career advancement.
• Build quarterly and annual training schedules.
• Present all technical and supply training requirements.
• Prepare budgets for training programs and workshops.
• Encourage employee participation in training.
• Oversee employee attendance and performance.
• Track employee success and progress.
• Manage production of program marketing material in collaboration with the marketing team.
• Communicate training programs on a timely basis and develop announcement marketing strategies.
• Prepare and deliver training courses, including coordinating guest presenters when needed.
• Implement training KPIs and prepare reports on training program performance.

Desired Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a Training Specialist or in a similar role.
• Experience designing training programs and workshops; ability to lead a full training cycle is preferred.
• Familiarity with learning management software is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database software.
• Knowledge of various training and teaching methods.
• Critical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and time‑management skills.
• Fluency in English and either French or Arabic.

Pay

Salary range: $150,000 – $185,000. Final compensation may vary based on geographic location, federal contract labor categories, relevant experience, specific skills, education, and certifications.
