Training Scheduler

ABS Kids is looking for a remote Training Scheduler to join our team!
About the role
The Learning department ensures that all new hires connect with ABS Kids' mission, values, and feel confident and prepared for their new roles with ABS Kids. The Training Scheduler provides administrative support to the Learning and Development team.
Responsibilities
- Modify/adjust Behavior Technicians (BTs) schedules for training purposes to include but not limited to initial training schedules and in-home shadow schedules
- Collaborate with Director of Learning and Learning team to communicate any issues with scheduling and/or any training schedule changes for BTs
- Collaborate with the Operations Manager (OM)/Operations Support Specialist (OSS) teams to ensure in-home shadows are being rescheduled as needed
- Work with our BTs when they need to cancel due to illness and make sure training appointments are rescheduled
- Adhere to federal HIPAA regulations, as well as any company policies & procedures
Requirements
- A minimum High School Diploma, Bachelor's Degree preferred
- A minimum of 1 year of scheduling experience
- Prior staffing and scheduling experience preferred; scheduling experience at an ABA service provider strongly preferred
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
- Strong organizational and communication skills to build and foster effective relationships
- Ability to prioritize work and good time management skills
- Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to new policies and protocols
- Must demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and exceptional customer service skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft products
Benefits
Compensation: $17-$20 / hour - based on qualifications

Who We Are Looking For?
