Training Program Coordinator, Social Welfare Policy
Salary Grade: Grade 26
Expected Hiring Range: $23.67 – $26.57 per hour. The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to departmental budgets, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and internal pay comparison.
About the Role
The Network for Professional Education and the Center for Aging & Disability Education & Research (CADER), located at BU’s School of Social Work, develops and delivers a comprehensive array of high-quality training and workforce solutions to support health and social service professionals and organizations. Available both online and in-person, our programs cover a wide range of subject areas and meet rigorous credentialing requirements for continuing education credits (CEs).
Responsibilities
- Monitor student performance, address daily issues in accessing courses, and help approximately 1,000 students successfully complete online professional education courses.
- Organize the delivery of online programs, including creating and updating monthly training reports based on participant progress.
- Organize, host, and manage operations for the Network of Professional Education webinar series.
- Manage professional accreditation compliance.
- Assist in marketing workflows.
- Coordinate fiscal tasks, including invoicing and managing client purchase orders.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience.
Schedule
Full-time, regular position.
