Banking Job Training Program Coordinator to support a mission-driven initiative that empowers young adults by reducing the opportunity gap. Key Responsibilities Develop and refine program curriculum for a banking-focused training pathway.Coordinate and supervise end-to-end program operations, including day-to-day logistics.Support the integration of academic learning with hands-on, real-world internship experiences.Provide guidance and ongoing support to participants throughout their educational and professional development.Help ensure program quality, alignment to learning goals, and successful participant outcomes. Qualifications & Skills Experience coordinating training programs, education initiatives, or internship-based learning.Strong organizational skills and ability to manage program logistics effectively.Ability to design curriculum and support diverse learners.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a commitment to participant success.Understanding of banking or financial services is preferred.
