Facilitates training programs for multiple Centralized Services team members both virtually and in classroom settings. Liaises with Operations and Project Managers as a subject-matter expert representing training. Facilitates onboarding of new programs and continuous improvement initiatives by collaborating with business owners, Knowledge Management, and Operations team members.
Responsibilities
- Maintains all training materials.
- Contributes to the development of new training material by providing insights and sharing lessons learned.
- Provides post-training support to team members through coaching and mentoring.
- Coordinates with Technical Writer and Content Developer to ensure updates and information related to training are communicated appropriately.
- Develops expertise on new company products or services and provides demonstrations, customization, and promotion to learners.
- May assist with customer interactions such as chat, email, and inbound calls during periods of high call volume.
- Assists Training Manager with maintaining a master training schedule, including new hires, nesting, recurrent, and special trainings.
- Collaborates with Training Manager to champion and implement leadership, coaching, and employee engagement initiatives for new team members during onboarding.
- Partners with the Performance Research and Analysis team to monitor training trends and make recommendations for continuous growth, enhanced performance, and identification of learning needs.
- Collaborates with project managers and business owners to identify training needs at specific locations and implements training programs to improve daily operations and assist with onboarding new initiatives.
- Works within authorized Company policies, programs, procedures, budgets, laws, and business ethics to coordinate and control activities, plans, and programs.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED and at least 2 years of experience delivering formal training on customer interaction.
- Intermediate-level skill in Microsoft Word (e.g., inserting headers, page breaks, page numbers, tables, and adjusting table columns).
- Intermediate-level skill in Microsoft PowerPoint (e.g., applying themes, formatting character spacing, inserting pictures, changing slide layouts, adding transitions, customizing slide numbers, and formatting fonts).
- Experience applying principles of adult learning to training delivery.
- Experience using time management skills such as prioritizing, organizing, and meeting deadlines for multiple projects with varying completion dates.
- Experience facilitating group discussions (including scribing, recording, timekeeping, and leading discussions).
- Experience providing training and developing process documentation or user manuals.
- Experience building and maintaining relationships within a team.
- Registered or licensed pharmacy technician in the state of employment (if applicable per state Board of Pharmacy requirements) or willingness to earn a state pharmacy technician license.
- Willingness to travel at least 25% of the time for business purposes (within and out of state).
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in education or a related field.
- Project Management experience.
Pay
The hourly salary range for this role is $25.01 - $36.68. The actual hourly salary offered will depend on factors such as geography, skills, education, experience, and other relevant considerations.
