About the Opportunity
The Training & HR Specialist role is focused on enhancing employee experiences by delivering training and managing compliance programs within a fast-paced technology environment. This position plays a key role in driving learning, operational excellence, and employee success through strategic program development and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate virtual onboarding, orientation, and training programs for new hires.
- Design and improve training materials and onboarding processes aligned with organizational goals.
- Manage company-wide compliance, cybersecurity, SOC 2, and CMMC training, maintaining accurate records for audits.
- Track onboarding effectiveness through training plans, surveys, and performance metrics, providing actionable insights.
- Collaborate with IT, Operations, Product, Sales, and business leaders to coordinate onboarding logistics and learning initiatives.
- Maintain the Learning Management System by assigning training, monitoring completion, and supporting compliance.
- Develop HR dashboards and reports using employee and training data to inform decision-making.
- Support HR operations during high-demand periods, including recruiting, benefits administration, and employee communications.
- Handle confidential employee information in compliance with laws and company policies.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, HR, or Talent Development.
- Proven ability to deliver virtual instructor-led training and develop engaging content using Microsoft Teams, LMS, and Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in creating reports, dashboards, and measuring training effectiveness.
- Knowledge of HR operations, onboarding, compliance training, HRIS systems, and confidentiality practices; experience with ADP Workforce Now is a plus.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across teams.
Pay Range and Compensation Package
Estimated starting salary range: $80,000 - $90,000 annually, paid semi-monthly; actual salary varies based on experience and other factors.
