HR Training Specialist

What You'll Do

• Develop and deliver training programs for managers and employees on HR systems, processes, and company procedures.
• Facilitate New Manager Training and ongoing leadership development programs.
• Create and maintain training materials, job aids, SOPs, and system guides.
• Train leaders on HR technologies, including ADP Workforce Now, ADP Workforce Manager, iCIMS, Learning Management Systems, and other business systems.
• Partner with HR teams (including Talent Acquisition, HR Compliance, HRIS), and other cross-functional teams to identify training needs and close knowledge gaps.
• Administer Learning Management System (LMS) activities, including course assignments, completion tracking, and reporting.
• Measure training effectiveness and recommend improvements to increase system utilization, process consistency, and manager capability.

What You'll Need

• A high school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or similar preferred.
• 3-5 years of corporate/organizational training, learning and development, HR operations, or a related field.
• Experience with HR systems, including HRIS, Applicant Tracking Systems, and Learning Management Systems.
• Strong presentation, communication, facilitation, and instructional design skills.
• Ability to work both within a team environment and independently to prioritize tasks.

Work Environment

• The employee will be working at the corporate office and will be required to sit for long periods of time at a desk working on a laptop.
• The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
• Hybrid work schedule available.
• Ability to travel up to 10-15% of the time.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds as needed.

Pay

USD $80,000.00 - USD $90,000.00 /Yr.
