Training & Development Coordinator
Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Training & Development Coordinator to join our team!
Key Responsibilities
- Cook up and manage Agency Management System projects
- Assist employees with Agency Management System related issues
- Train and transition new hires and acquisitions
- Aid with acquisition data entry
Position Requirements
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Property & Casualty insurance license
- Experience with multiple Vertafore products is preferred
- High school diploma required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with employees
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail focusing on accuracy and thoroughness
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
About the Role
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing employee skills and performance through training new employees on all internal systems while maintaining up-to-date knowledge on the internal agency management systems.
Full-time, On-site Position
Monday through Friday | 8am - 4:30 CST
