About the role

We are seeking a Training Developer who is passionate about creating effective training solutions for a critical program. You will work closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Product Owners to understand your client's training needs and design engaging, interactive learning experiences.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with SMEs to gather and document training needs
Design and develop training materials and performance support tools
Integrate training into Learning or Knowledge Management Systems
Facilitate or instruct material to ensure clarity and effectiveness
Use cutting-edge multimedia technologies and strategies, including blended learning
Communicate with SMEs throughout the process to refine training material
Implement evaluation methodologies like the Kirkpatrick Model to assess and improve training outcomes

Requirements

5+ years of experience with adult learning theory and instructional technologies
3+ years of experience with the DoD or IC
Experience authoring instructional materials, learning objectives, and knowledge and performance tests
Experience with technical training development, including training for technical systems
Experience integrating training into Learning or Knowledge Management Systems
Experience facilitating or instructing material
Experience with competency frameworks
TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree
Nice to have: Experience with Human-Centered Design, eLearning technologies, and computer-based training

Pay

The projected compensation range for this position is $69,400.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD).

Schedule

Full-time and part-time employees working at least 20 hours a week on a regular basis are eligible to participate in Booz Allen’s benefit programs. Individuals that do not meet the threshold are only eligible for select offerings, not inclusive of health benefits.

Remote: If this position is listed as remote, there may still be occasions when you are required to work in person at a Booz Allen or customer facility.

Onsite: If this position is listed as onsite, work will primarily be performed at a Booz Allen office or customer facility, where employees will collaborate directly with colleagues and customers as required by the role.
